Shazam charts are recorded once a day. The process starts around 5AM UTC, and all charts are usually processed within 1 or 2 hours.

Shazam count data for tracks are recorded once a day, throughout the day. As the data on Shazam is realtime, and we only record one value per day, we make sure that for a single track, the data is recorded every day at the same time, so that there is always a gap of around 24 hours between two values.
